Bus Rapid Transit Workshop: An Introduction to the Euclid Corridor BRT 
Cleveland, Ohio, July 21-22, 2008
The workshop is the fourth in a series of TRB Bus Rapid Transit meetings. Participants will have a unique perspective of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority Euclid Corridor BRT system, as several segments opened ahead of schedule and other segments are still in construction. Project completion is scheduled for this fall. Discussion will include its history, design, construction, other city approaches (Lane Transit, Kansas City), operations, safety, real estate and economic development, and project oversight. A special, hands-on tour and briefing of the Euclid Corridor is included in the program.
Northern Transportation Air Quality Summit

NTAQS will bring together stakeholders from the transportation and air quality communities to discuss the current and upcoming regulatory environment, new technologies, and current practices. NTAQS is sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Regions 1, 2, and 3. Co-sponsors include the Mid-Atlantic Regional Air Management Association, the Mid-Atlantic Diesel Collaborative, and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. The presentations of the
Research on Women’s Issues in Transportation Conference can be viewed over the Internet through the TRB e-Sessions Series. Sponsored by TRB, the conference reviewed the state of the art in a variety of areas related to women’s travel patterns, needs, and behavior. The conference was designed to identify additional research and data needed to help shape policies on mobility, security, and safety as they relate to women. The conference was held in Chicago, Illinois on November 18 - 20, 2004. The TRB e-Session series is designed to bring information presented at TRB conferences and meetings to those who were not able to attend.
